Ability to craft SharePoint master pages and themes
Ability to update and create custom CSS
Must understand the Core.CSS of SharePoint
Develop and edit JavaScript within SharePoint
Understand the SharePoint .NET framework with the ability to create custom functions without touching the 12 hive
In-depth graphic design using Adobe Fireworks or other graphic editing program to include the use of branded objects woven with photography from recent AT&T .jobs photo shoot to create dynamic and branded imagery
Recommended Min 3 years with SharePoint Infrastructure (Advanced User) including custom permissions, group management, custom web parts, SharePoint and asp.NET controls, ability to create custom pages, ability to create custom views, custom target audience group pages, ability to troubleshoot issues within SharePoint infrastructure, ability to create, update and maintain search scopes, ability to embed video objects, ability to use taxonomy to ensure smooth navigation and structure, ability to understand User Experience dynamics to create an intuitive web experience
Must have experience managing a SharePoint environment for over 500 users
Recommended Project management experience in gathering requirements, translating requirements into actions, communicating with stakeholders and ability to execute plans on time
Recommended Min 3 years experience with SharePoint Designer
Recommended Min 5 years experience with HTML, CSS
Some knowledge of Dreamweaver or other web editor.
